I worked out. Hard.

Tonight, I finally started my workout routine.

I know. I’m only about three months behind schedule. Sue me.

I started a three-week Cardio Kick-Start using EA Sports Active 2 on my XBox. I’m not going to go into too much detail about that because it’s actually part of my 2011 Holiday Gift Guide. I will tell you, however, that it kicked my butt! It was only a 20 minute workout, but I felt every single minute of it.

And I loved it.

I don’t know why I don’t work out more often. I seriously love the feeling of accomplishment I get afterward and I love the energy boost it gives me.

Anyway, to give you a preview of EA Sports Active 2, check out the report from today’s workout.

  3. Ugh, I’m so mad at myself. I used to work out by running … I was up to 12-15 miles a week. But then life got in the way and I haven’t run in a couple of months and my body is showing it. I miss that “high” I used to get from finishing a workout.
