Mamavation Monday (on a Wednesday)

It’s been awhile since I’ve done an official update on my Mamavation progress. To be honest, there has been no progress. BUT, there has been no gain, either. I’m at a plateau. I hate plateaus. They’re so flat. And boring. And discouraging.

But, that doesn’t mean I’m out. It just means I’m behind. I just saw this picture on Mamavation’s website and it pretty much summed it up for me:

That says it all. I’ve been on the couch getting lapped, but I’m getting up! My friend Shylee and I have made a pledge to kick some major booty in the coming weeks by joining LA Fitness (I got my membership through the McDonald’s Wholesome Chocies Blogger Program) and motivating each other to get up and get going.

Today, we’re taking our lunch break at the gym. My ankle has healed up from my minor sprain last week and I’m back in action! Hopefully I’ll have an awesome update next week!
