I’m going to do my normal MM format this week because there just isn’t much to report. I’ve pretty much stopped everything that was making the difference in my life. I’ve still been going to the gym, though, because that’s my happy place and really helps keep me sane.
Beyond that, I’ve fallen off the wagon. I know that I’m failing, but I just haven’t had the willpower to get past it. It’s entirely my fault and I have no excuses to offer. I haven’t even stepped on the scale in over a week, which is just fine by me because who knows what scary number might show up there.
So, this week’s update is obviously short and not as upbeat as usual, but it is what it is. And since I’m starting the Cinch Inch Loss Plan very soon, I will have some better updates in the coming weeks. Just hang in there with me!

Hugs…going to the gym is one great step in the direction you want to be going which is great. I don’t think you should consider that failing.
Can’t wait to see how your new plan works

There is no such thing as failing so long as you never give up on yourself!

You aren’t failing, you’re still going to the gym so that’s at least ONE change that you’re hanging onto. I know you’ll rock the Cinch program!!!!

STILL going to the gym is a HUGE thing!! Maybe other things have fell off course, but as long as you are still at the gym you haven’t completely lost it yet..,
It’s hard when you get down and out, but keep it up girl! You’ll feel that motivation again soon!

Keeping motivation is so hard! I am right there with you, I think the spring through me off, too many things happened in life. But just keep plugging at it, you can do it! Try and just maintain.
