Our Flatout Flatbread Pizza Party with Hawaiian Flatbread Pizza recipe

Recently, we had a few friends over to try out some Flatout Thin Crust Artisan Flatbreads. Seriously, who doesn’t like pizza? We got all of our supplies at Wal-Mart and headed home to have some fun!

My husband created a Hawaiian Pizza recipe, mostly because he’s sick of seeing pizza places calling something a “Hawaiian pizza” but then having pineapple all over it. He’s adamant that pineapple does not belong on a Hawaiian pizza. Check out this quick video we made with his recipe. (Note: You’ll need to make some Kalua Pork first. Someday I’ll type out how we make it, but Mama Kat’s Kalua Pork recipe is pretty much dead on, so start there!)

The real fun started after everyone arrived and an impromptu “make-your-own-pizza” took place. Just when I was running out of ideas for different kinds of pizza, everyone else started putting their own together!

Flatout Pizza

We even ended up with a s’mores pizza made with the Rustic White crust, chocolate frosting and mini marshmallows. We seriously had a lot of ridiculously delicious pizza!

All of the Flatout Thin Crust Artisan Flatbreads were great. We had Rustic White, Spicy Italian and Heritage Wheat. Don’t be fooled…the Spicy Italian is seriously spicy. My lips were on FIRE after eating it! If you’re a fan of spicy food, you will love it. The Rustic White and Heritage Wheat were just plain tasty. My girls really enjoyed their cheese pizza on the heritage wheat crust.

Flatout Flatbread LogoThank you to Flatout Flatbread for sponsoring this pizza party! We all had a blast creating different pizzas and since each one only took about 6 minutes to make, it didn’t take us all afternoon to make a ton of pizzas. We made some in the oven and some on the grill and got two totally different flavor profiles, too.

These crusts can be purchased at Walmart, Walgreens or Costco and come with six crusts in each bag, so why not create your own pizza party? They are great for holiday entertaining and super versatile!

The Rustic White is probably one I would use most.
