Keeping my iPad Mini Snugg

In case you don’t know, I work in project management. I live and die by email and not having constant access was killing me for a long time. I realize that not everybody has the privilege of getting a company phone, laptop or iPad handed to them, but that’s exactly what I was asking for. One or all. I didn’t care.

When the big boss finally gave in and set our team up with iPad Minis, I wasn’t taking any chances! I needed a case that could protect my new friend from life’s little adventures, but also look somewhat professional since I had to carry it around work with me all day.

Protecting the Mini

Enter The Snugg. The case itself it made of genuine leather and is really quite nice to look at. I don’t have to worry about professionalism with the Snugg (unlike my plethora of pink phone/ipad cases) since it is a basic black case.

The inside of the case was a surprise for me. The inside cover is coated in a soft, velvety nubuck leather and also has an elastic strap. When I hold my iPad  while I read emails or books, it’s just plain comfortable. The strap makes it easy to hold on to and the nubuck leather makes it a nice feel.

An added bonus, the case also tells the iPad when to sleep/wake just by opening and closing it. There is also a stylus loop at the top of the case, as well as cut-outs in the leather for speakers, charging port, volume buttons, camera and headphone jack. The stand flap on the back works great, too.

The Snugg iPad Mini Case

It’s super functional and I haven’t had any complaints at all when using the case.

The case comes in many different colors, so my next step might just to be getting myself a pink one! The case is only $24.99, so definitely affordable and cheaper than most of the other cases I saw at the big blue and yellow tech store. I highly recommend this case and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Snugg in general for any of their cases after seeing the quality of this one.

  2. Oh, I’m glad your boss gave you an iPad Mini to stay in the loop. I’ve heard great thing about those. That case looks super nice! It’s so cool that it wakes & goes to sleep just by opening and closing the case.
